Hello! The co-owner of this blog, Alex, & I are finally done with school, so we'll have more opportunities to post on our website!
This post is LONG over-due...my trip to New York was in March! The trip lasted four days. Below are some cool & stylish locations I recommend for teens traveling in New York City.
My friend & I visited New York City just two days after a blizzard, so it was cold! Although we didn't see any snow fall (which we really wanted to since it's not common in Miami haha), we did get to see snow on the ground. That made my New York experience even more amazing! We first visited the iconic Central Park & then ice-skated at the Wollman Rink, which was super fun!

Then we visited the Bergdorf Goodman store. The displays are always so lovely! It was especially fun since my friend & I got free makeovers from Marc Jacobs. We also visited Laduree, which has the BEST macarons! (I recommend the hot chocolate there...it was REALLY good) Later in the night, we ate at Cipriani where I got to enjoy some delicious pasta!

The next day, we went to the Tiffany & Co. store (I had never gone before) & it was SO cool! The decorations were adorable -- although we didn't eat in the cafe, we got to peek at it! That same day, we visited a newly-opened restaurant called "Indian Accent"... hands down best Indian food I've tasted so far! The flavors & presentation were exquisite! (It's kind of difficult to find so here's the address: 123 W 56th St, New York, NY 10019)

We then traveled to the Westfield World Trade Center. I had never gone inside of the mall & all I can say is that I was really amazed by the incredible architecture. Both the outside & inside were visually stunning. The mall contains cute little stores that I recommend you visit! Nearby was the Brookfield Place shopping center. Inside are restaurants & stores that are definitely worth the visit ("Sprinkles Cupcakes" is inside this mall). We walked around outside at roughly 5:00 PM & the views were stunning (peep the statue of liberty in the corner)!

The following morning, we had a delicious breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien! I recommend ordering one of their juices (they're freshly made). We also visited this super cute cafe called "Sweet Moment", which is located near Little Italy. They're known for their cute designs on their teas (the one I ordered is pictured below). We went inside "Cha Cha Matcha" but were not able to order since there was such a long line! (I would recommend not going at a busy time like lunch since that is when the cafe is more busy). We were limited on time since we had woken up late that day (oops) so below are pictures of some cute restaurants/stores we passed by in Little Italy & Soho:

We also visited this really good restaurant called "Sant Ambroeus". Although we didn't eat at the restaurant, we were able to just enjoy some hot chocolates & coffees at the bar. For our last dinner in New York, we ate at "Nomo Kitchen". Both the outside & inside are ideal locations to take pictures!

The day before we left New York, we visited the area around the Flatiron Building. We ate at a restaurant in "Eataly", which is an Italian marketplace that offers a variety of Italian cuisines. I highly recommend that you visit this marketplace because it is very famous & delicious! During the time we visited Union Square, a local farmers market was happening (happens every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday). We were able to discover many unique foods & items, especially, these flowers that last up to 1 year!

On our last morning, we ate breakfast at "Sarabeth's". The breakfast options there are amazing! Sadly, I had to say goodbye to this wonderful & magical city that I adore. The trip with one of my best friends was so much fun! I hope I have the opportunity to visit this vibrant city soon! It's a great place for teenage girls to travel to.
